Job Title: California Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CA DHH) Fully Virtual Educator

As a CA DHH Educator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional educational support and instruction to deaf and hard of hearing students in a remote learning environment. Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive instruction to deaf and hard of hearing students in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.

• Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably with deaf and hard of hearing students.
• Master's degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Valid and active teaching certificate in the state of California with the appropriate endorsements for teaching deaf and hard of hearing students.
• Proficient in the use of technology for remote teaching, including video conferencing platforms, learning management systems, and educational software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Reliable internet and Wi-Fi connection to ensure uninterrupted remote teaching.
