I am seeking a qualified Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for a position with a school district located near Mansura, LA.  This position is Full Time, 30-35 hours per week, for the upcoming school year.  Must be available for on-site.

The TDHH will provide services for students in either Elementary, Middle or High school grades.  Responsibilities include developing and implementing teaching materials for students around hearing impairment, provide accommodations to classrooms, provide a fun and positive learning environment for student engagement and success, and work collaboratively with team members. 

Job Qualifications

• Valid LA state TDHH Teaching certification
• Must be fluent in American Sign Language or willingness to learn 
• Accepting new graduates
