With students’ needs becoming increasingly individualized, the demand for school professionals is at an all-time high. And the demands placed on school professionals are also greater than ever.

Job Type: Summer Contract -  Deaf of Hard and Hearing Teacher (DHH)

• Part time: 20 hours/week
• Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8:20 - 12:35
• June 13th - July 11th
  • No school on June 19th and July 3rd-4th 
• K-12th grade caseload
• Proficient with technology and hearing devices
• More details of position will be discussed on an interview with the Director of Special Education

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education for Teaching Deaf Students
•  K-12 hearing impaired endorsement
• Active California teaching license
• Previous school experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Interview Process:

• 10 –15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 Minute virtual interview directly with the school district
• Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview

The district is looking to hire! Hourly rate for this opening is negotiable and will be experience-based.
