K-12 Audiology/Communication Focused Educator Role | Bentleyville, PA
Role Summary: Focus on audiology and communication strategies for K-12 students in Bentleyville, PA. This FT role (37.5 hrs/week) involves teaching various ages and making a tangible, long-term impact on students' language development and functional communication skills.
Caseload & Responsibilities: As the DHH Communication Specialist for this K-12 caseload, you'll directly address the listening and academic needs of students. Key functions include environmental sound checks, educating mainstream teachers on the impact of noise/reverberation, providing training on assistive listening devices, and focusing on curriculum access through specialized techniques.
Schedule & Duration: Full-time, Monday–Friday. Immediate opening (ASAP) with a contract through June 16, 2026, providing an excellent foundation for the next two school years.
Compensation & Package: Competitive and experience-commensurate pay, starting at a minimum of $40 per hour. Full benefits, including Health, Dental, Vision, a strong 401(k) Match, and reliable Weekly Pay for consistent income.
