Role Summary: We seek a passionate Special Education Teacher with a DHH specialization to join our collaborative team in Monongahela, PA. Focus on improving communication and academic outcomes for our K-12 students in this full-time, long-term role.

Caseload & Responsibilities: This K-12 DHH focused caseload involves integrating DHH services into the broader special education framework. You'll lead IEP meetings, collaborate closely with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Audiologists, teach self-advocacy skills, and use differentiated instruction to address the needs of students with various degrees of hearing loss.

Schedule & Duration: Full-Time (M-F), 37.5 hours. Start ASAP for a long-term role ending June 16, 2026, offering excellent stability.

Compensation & Support: Excellent $40+ hourly pay, commensurate with experience. Supported by a comprehensive benefits package with 401(k) Matching and convenient Weekly Pay (Every Friday) for consistent cash flow.
