Seeking Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher (DHH) in Redford, Michigan

We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher (DHH) to join our team in Redford, Michigan. As a DHH Teacher, you'll play a crucial role in supporting and empowering students with hearing impairments to thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement specialized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Provide one-on-one and group instructional support to DHH students.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and administrators to ensure an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
• Membership in the State of Michigan DHH Consortium.
• Valid Michigan Teaching certificate with an SL (Deaf and Hard of Hearing) endorsement.
