Job Title: Deaf and Hard of Teaching Teacher
Location: Augusta, GA
We are currently interviewing for Teachers for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students to work with a school district Near Augusta. As a contract employee you will be paid a competitive hourly rate that includes both direct and indirect services. Weekly hours each week are also guaranteed. More details about this position are below.
Position Schedule and Compensation:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours a week
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Dates: 7/29/2024 - 5/23/2025
- On-site Position
- Duties: Providing specialized education and support to students who have hearing loss to ensure they have equal access to education and opportunities for academic, social, and personal growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Deaf Education or related field
- Must have teaching credential with Deaf Education Endorsement
- GA Teaching License and DHH Certificate
