Teacher for Deaf & Hard of Hearing (DHH) in LaBelle, FL for EOSY 22/23

There is a school district in LaBelle, FL actively seeking a Teacher for the Deaf / Hard of Hearing (DHH) for a fulltime onsite contract position. The hired DHH teacher will be working with K-12 students, Monday – Friday for a minimum of 30 – 37.5 hours per week.

This contract position is slated for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year, EOSY (end of school year).

Caseload Details: 10 schools, approximately 20-30 students

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active certification in FL
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• At least 1+ year of prior teaching experience
• Ability to travel to different school sites, reliable means of transportation
