The town's K-12 schools are some of the best in Maine, and its high school is consistently ranked as one of the very best public schools in the nation by U.S. News and World Report. ProCare Therapy has partnered with a School District in the Falmouth, ME area that is looking for Teacher for the deaf and hard of hearing for the school year 2022-2023. Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: 
•    Participate in initial and on-going assessments designed for DHH students -
•    Provide instruction and/or support to DHH students in the development and maintenance of skills specified in the student’s IEP -
•    Evaluate and assess student progress against instructional objectives -
•    Provide assistance and support to classroom teachers to ensure effective access to instruction for DHH students

•    Bachelor’s Degree (Masters preferred) -
•    Current Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) Certificate required -
•    Certification requirements variable depending on background: State of Maine Certification 292 Teacher of the Deaf

Employment Type: Full time,183 days,  Contract

Location: Falmouth, Maine

Benefits: As a ProCare contracted employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis. Your compensation package will be individualized to your needs, and will be made up with a W-2 hourly rate that is based upon your experience level.
