Soliant is staffing a teacher of the deaf / hard of hearing position in the Marshall area. I am accepting qualified teachers to schedule interviews to speak with the director as soon as possible. Job Description:

  • Part-time schedule: 1 day per week;7 hours / week total
  • Early Childhood - 12th grade population served
  • There is a wide range of abilities that are being served within the department.   
  • Skills and abilities vary (some students read lips some only sign etc.)
  • Both hard of hearing and completely deaf student population
  • License & certification are verified for employment
  • Quote from school: "There are 18 children that are on the caseload. The range of service is 10-20 minutes a month.   We are hoping to also gain additional ideas from the service provider. At this time, the schools in need are currently virtual. As you are aware each of our schools has different plans and adjusts their service models based on any release from the Health Department, Governor, and or Board Policy."
