Soliant Education is seeking to hire a dedicated and qualified Deaf/Hard of Hearing teacher to provide services in remotely to student in Kentucky. Full-time applicants highly preferred, however part-time applicants will be considered. 

This position is a 1099 contracted position for the remainder of the current school-year, with contract renewals available for those interested and if determined to be a good fit.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field.
Licensed Deaf/Hard of Hearing teacher in KY.
Familiarity with and ability to use assistive technologies that support the learning needs of students with hearing impairments.
Previous experience (2 plus years)
Knowledge of and adherence to federal and state laws and regulations related to special education, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
Must have up to date computer and private/stable internet connection. 

Pay structure/Benefits:
Flexible hours.
Work from home.
Weekly pay, every Friday.
Negotiable hourly rate will be determined based on experience of applicant. 
Tech and clinical support along the way.
Provide services to students in need.
