- Pay rate: $38-$46/hour (based on experience)

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or a Master's degree in education focused on child development from infancy through adolescence
- Assists the IEP team with student assessment, individualized instructional plan design, implementation and progress monitoring for each student.
- Provides advice on establishing and maintaining a classroom atmosphere and environment that supports student's educational access and growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, empathy, and ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
Interviews are generally conducted via Zoom. Depending on the circumstances, pay is negotiable and usually experience-based.
