Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher
Location: Auburn, Maine
We’re looking for a dedicated Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher (DHH) to join our team for the rest of the 2025–2026 school year.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 37.5 per week
- Full-time, school-year position
- Pay: $40+/hour - paid weekly (every Friday)
- Full benefits available: health, dental, vision, 401k
- Valid Maine DHH teaching credential
- Experience with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing is a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Teach students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing at different grade levels
- Use customized teaching strategies and communication methods like ASL
- Work closely with staff and families to support each student’s learning and growth
