Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time, ASL-proficient Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Specialist to serve students in the Seattle, Washington area for the 2025–2026 school year. This onsite position offers a manageable caseload of 15–18 students, supporting learners with limited hearing or those transitioning to deafness. Position Overview

  • Caseload: Approximately 15–18 students

As a DHH Specialist, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver individualized instructional support, helping students access curriculum, build communication skills, and engage fully in the classroom experience.


What You Bring

  • Master’s Degree in Deaf Education

  • Active Washington State DHH Certification

  • Valid WA DOE Certification

  • Strong proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)

  • Commitment to accessibility, equity, and inclusive learning practices
