Blazer Jobs is seeking a passionate Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for a full-time position in Derby, Minnesota. The role involves providing specialized instruction to students with hearing impairments to enhance their educational outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IEPs for students with hearing impairments.

Provide direct instruction in language development, auditory training, and communication strategies.

Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt curriculum and instructional methods.

Utilize assistive technology to support student learning.

Engage with families and audiologists to support student progress.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Deaf Education or a related field.

Valid Minnesota teaching license with a DHH endorsement.

At least one year of experience working with DHH students in a school setting.
