Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a dedicated Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to support students in a school district located in San Francisco, CA.
Position Details:

Full-time, onsite role
-
Itinerant and classroom-based support for students who are deaf or hard of hearing
-
Caseload information will be provided during the district interview
Requirements:
-
Valid California Teaching Credential with authorization to serve Deaf and Hard of Hearing students (EDDD or equivalent)
-
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Deaf Education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
-
Knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL) and/or cued speech
-
Experience implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and providing differentiated instruction
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and staff
-
Prior school-based teaching experience preferred

Comfort with educational technology and assistive listening devices
