We’re hiring a full-time Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher to support a caseload of students with hearing loss in a school district near Seattle, WA for the 2025–2026 school year. About the Opportunity

Position Type: Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week

Location: Onsite – Seattle, WA area

Start/End Dates: September 3, 2025 – June 17, 2026

Caseload: 15–18 students
-
Student Population: K–12 students who are deaf, hard of hearing, or transitioning to deafness

Services Include: Academic instruction, communication support, accommodations, and collaboration with IEP teams
What You’ll Need
-
Master’s Degree in Deaf Education or related field

Active Washington State DHH Certification
-
Active WA Department of Education (DOE) Certification
-
ASL Proficiency is required
-
Experience working with students with hearing loss is preferred

Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work with families, interpreters, and general educators

Hourly Pay: $50–$55/hour, depending on experience
