Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate DHH Teacher to join a student-centered district in Stuart, FL for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, itinerant position spans multiple school sites, serving a diverse group of K–12 students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in removing barriers to learning by delivering specialized instruction and helping schools create inclusive, accessible environments for all learners.
What You'll Do

Provide direct and consultative services to students with hearing loss across multiple campuses

Develop and implement IEPs, focusing on communication, language development, and academic success

Collaborate closely with IEP teams, families, interpreters, and classroom staff

Support students’ access to the curriculum through auditory/oral strategies, sign language support, or other modalities as needed

Offer coaching and resources to general education teachers to foster inclusion

Participate in evaluations and progress monitoring
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)

Active Florida Teaching Certificate with Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) endorsement
-
Experience working with students from elementary through high school

Strong understanding of itinerant service delivery and accessibility tools

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
