Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to Deaf and Hard of Hearing students, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with general education staff, families, and related service providers to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Travel between assigned schools or classrooms as required, ensuring consistent support for all students.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches to maximize engagement and achievement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure in Deaf and Hard of Hearing education.
- Experience working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing students K-12.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to manage travel between various school locations.
