About the Role:
We are seeking a certified DHH Teacher in Annapolis, MD, for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time role supports K–12 students with hearing impairments through specialized instruction and collaboration with school teams and families.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction to students with hearing loss

Adapt curriculum and materials to meet communication needs
-
Collaborate with general educators, audiologists, and support staff

Participate in IEP development and implementation
-
Support use of assistive listening devices and accessible technology
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education or Special Education

Valid Maryland State Teaching Certificate with endorsement in Hearing Impairments

Proficiency in ASL or other communication modes as required by student needs

School-based experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
