Colorado Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
Soliant is is looking for a dedicated Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) who is ready to make a real difference in students' lives. In this role, you’ll travel between school sites to support students with hearing differences—helping them access the curriculum, grow in confidence, and reach their full potential.
This is a flexible opportunity open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with a preference for onsite educators, though virtual applicants will also be considered.
What You’ll Do:

Work directly with students who are deaf or hard of hearing across K–12 settings

Serve as a key resource for school teams—collaborating with teachers, interpreters, and related service providers

Help create inclusive learning environments through consultative and direct services

Travel between multiple campuses to meet students where they are

Support IEP development, goal setting, and progress monitoring

Advocate for accessible instruction and communication
Who You Are:

A licensed TDHH with active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification

Passionate about accessibility, equity, and student-centered education

Comfortable managing a flexible, itinerant schedule across various schools

Tech-savvy (especially if applying for virtual placement)
