Candidates must hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Special Education endorsement. A bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field is required, along with meeting all state and district standards.
Job duties include developing and implementing IEPs, providing individualized instruction, collaborating with staff and families, tracking student progress, and participating in IEP meetings.
