REMOTE Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Job - Kentucky

Title: Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
Location: Kentucky (Remote)
Schedule: 21-30 hours per week
Contract dates: Immediately - May 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Use virtual tools to deliver engaging lessons, incorporating sign language.
- Work with teachers, specialists, and families to support student learning.
- Utilize assistive technologies to enhance communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education or deaf education.
- Valid Kentucky certification for teaching deaf and hard-of-hearing students.
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL).
- Experience with online teaching platforms.
- Ability to pass a tech screening using Zoom
