Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for the upcoming school year. This role focuses on helping students develop language, literacy, and communication skills through individualized and small-group instruction.
Responsibilities

Provide direct and consultative services per IEP requirements

Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other team members

Adapt curriculum materials and classroom environments for accessibility

Track progress and communicate effectively with families and staff
Qualifications

Valid Virginia certification in Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education (required)

Experience in K–12 settings preferred
-
Strong commitment to inclusion and accessibility
Compensation & Benefits
? Hourly Pay: $38–$45/hour
