Blazer Jobs, in partnership with the local school district, is seeking dedicated and experienced DHHT educators to join our team for the current school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with competitive pay and benefits, including vision, medical, and dental options, advisory support, and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct health and therapy support to students K-12.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement individualized health plans.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for student caseloads.

Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.

Ensure compliance with all state and district regulations regarding health services in schools.
State Requirements:

Active DHHT Educator Certification in Pennsylvania.
-
Ability to manage a K-12 caseload effectively.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.

Pay rate is commensurate with experience.

Renewal for the following school year will be based on performance and district needs.
