- Job Summary:
- Itinerant role. Will be supporting 2-3 campuses. Working with pre-k-6th grade. Evaluations, ARD meetings, interpret audiograms and manage a caseload. 7 hour days with a minimum 3 days up to 5.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to provide inclusive learning opportunities.
- Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines.
- Provide ongoing communication and support to students and families.
- Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado teaching license in Special Education with Specialist for Deaf and Hard of Hearing (required).
- Experience working with elementary students preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
