Pay Rate Range: $40–$50 per hour
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to provide support to students across multiple school sites in the Denver, CO area. This is an itinerant position with a caseload of 16 students ranging in age from Early Childhood through 21 years old.
Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and support services to students who are deaf or hard of hearing

Collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, and related service providers

Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with federal and state regulations

Monitor and report student progress

Provide consultation to staff and families regarding hearing loss and educational strategies

Travel to multiple school sites to serve students in a variety of settings
Requirements:

Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Experience working with students across a range of age levels and educational settings

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, travel-based schedule
