Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and support to K-12 students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and related service providers to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
- Utilize assistive technology and communication strategies to enhance learning.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and district initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active licensure and certification in New Hampshire for teaching Deaf / Hard of Hearing students.
- Proven school-based teaching experience in a similar role.
- Ability and willingness to serve a diverse K-12 caseload; specific caseload details forthcoming.
- Successful completion of district fingerprinting requirements.
- Comfortable participating in a Zoom interview as part of the selection process.
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
