Itinerant DHH Teacher
Job Title: Itinerant Special Education Teacher (Early Childhood – 21 Years)

Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated itinerant special education teacher to serve multiple school sites, supporting a diverse caseload of students ages early childhood through 21 years. This role involves traveling between locations, providing high-quality instruction, and collaborating with staff and families to support student success.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide special education services to a caseload of 16 students across multiple school sites.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support student learning.

Adapt and modify curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse needs.

Travel between school locations as assigned (mileage covered).
Qualifications:

Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Licensure in Special Education (required).

Experience working with students ranging from early childhood to age 21.

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
