Overview
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and qualified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) to serve students across the Greeley, Colorado area. This position focuses on empowering students with hearing differences to reach their academic, communication, and social potential within inclusive and specialized educational environments.

Compensation
Hourly rate: $35.02–$39.42 per hour, depending on experience, credentials, and placement.
Weekly pay and ongoing recruiter support are provided for the duration of the assignment.

Job Responsibilities
• Deliver individualized instruction to students who are deaf or hard of hearing, both in-person and in inclusive classroom settings
• Develop and monitor IEP goals aligned with student strengths and needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, interpreters, and families to promote language access and academic achievement
• Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and report progress to stakeholders
• Support professional development and participate in district meetings as needed
• Foster inclusion and advocate for accessible communication environments across campus
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education or related field
• Active Colorado teaching license with endorsement for Deaf/Hard of Hearing students (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Must provide strong professional references and complete all credentialing requirements prior to start
• Reliable transportation required for itinerant or multi-site assignments
