Full-Time - Contract
Are you a dedicated Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing seeking a meaningful, school-based role? We’re partnering with a supportive district in Franklin, TN, to bring on a skilled educator to support students with hearing loss for the current school year.
About the Role:

Provide direct instructional support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing

Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual communication needs
-
Collaborate with general education teachers, SLPs, interpreters, and support staff
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute data-driven recommendations
-
Support language development, academic access, and classroom inclusion
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education or related field

Valid Tennessee teaching certification for Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Experience in school-based or educational settings preferred
-
Strong collaboration, communication, and instructional planning skills
