A full-time opportunity is available for a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing serving students in grades K-12 in a school setting. The role requires on-site presence in either Hollis, NH or Brookline, NH (final location to be determined).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing across a K-12 caseload.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to develop and implement individualized education programs.
- Utilize evidence-based strategies and technologies designed to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in team meetings.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate varying learning styles and levels of hearing ability.
Qualifications:
- Active licensure and certification for teaching Deaf/Hard of Hearing students in New Hampshire.
- Experience working in school-based settings with Deaf or Hard of Hearing students.
- Ability to manage a K-12 caseload; specific caseload details will be provided by the district.
- Completion of district fingerprinting clearance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- This position requires availability for a Zoom interview.
- On-site work is mandatory for the duration of the assignment.
