Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing - Denton, TX
Blazer Jobs is seeking a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) to provide itinerant services for a K–12 caseload. This part-time, onsite position focuses on supporting students with hearing impairments across multiple grade levels to ensure access to curriculum and communication.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative services to K–12 students with hearing impairments

Support communication access, listening skills, and academic accommodations

Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and families

Assist with hearing equipment troubleshooting and amplification checks

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation

Travel between assigned school sites as needed
Qualifications:

Active DHH certification required

Experience supporting students with hearing impairments preferred

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Ability to work onsite
