A part-time opportunity is available for an experienced Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing to provide specialized support within a school setting located in Hollis, NH. This role is designed for a professional with school-based experience and active licensure and certification in New Hampshire, ready to engage with a K-12 caseload across multiple school sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing, addressing their unique educational needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Travel between two school locations, ensuring consistent service delivery and student progress monitoring.
  • Maintain compliance with district policies, including securing necessary fingerprints and adhering to confidentiality standards.
  • Participate in virtual interviews and any required district onboarding processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active New Hampshire licensure and certification as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing.
  • Proven experience working in school settings supporting deaf or hard of hearing students across K-12.
  • Ability to service a caseload that spans multiple school sites, demonstrating flexibility and strong organizational skills.
  • Completion of required district fingerprinting procedures.
  • Commitment to onsite service delivery at locations between Brookline and Hollis, NH.

Position Details:

  • Part-time contract role encompassing 10-12 hours per month.
  • Start date: ASAP.
  • Contract end date: June 17, 2026.
  • Location: Hollis, NH or Brookline, NH (to be determined).
