Seeking a part-time Teacher for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students to support a K-12 caseload between two school sites in New Hampshire. This onsite contract position offers 10-12 hours of work per month, starting immediately and extending through June 17, 2026.
Location: This role will require working onsite at school facilities located between Hollis and Brookline, NH. Exact placement will be determined based on suitability and district needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support for students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing across Kindergarten to 12th grade.
- Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Communicate regularly with families and education teams regarding student needs and progress.
Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire licensure and certification in teaching Deaf/Hard of Hearing students.
- Proven school-based experience working with K-12 students.
- Ability to travel between assigned school locations.
- Completion of district fingerprinting and background checks.
- Comfortable participating in a Zoom interview as part of the hiring process.
