Blazer Jobs, in partnership with the Issaquah School District, is seeking a dedicated Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Specialist for the current school year. This part-time, onsite position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with elementary and secondary students while supporting their communication and academic success.
Position Details:

Dates: ASAP – June 17, 2026

Schedule: 3 days per week

Caseload: Approximately 20-35 students (elementary and secondary)

Location: Office in the administration building; travel to campuses required to provide services

Pay: $48-50/hour, dependent on experience

Daily Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and support for students who are deaf or hard of hearing

Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to develop individualized learning plans

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Maintain accurate records of student services and communicate regularly with school teams

Support students’ communication, language development, and academic success across multiple campuses

Must hold a valid DHH license and ESA certification
Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.
