Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Teachers of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) for a full-time role with school districts near the La Salle, CO area. Hours:

Onsite, Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week (preferred)
- Virtual: 2 days per week (if approved)

Pay Rate: $48/hr

Caseload: Itinerant role supporting multiple students across different schools
Responsibilities:
-
Develop and implement a program of study tailored to meet the individual needs, interests, and abilities of students with hearing impairments.

Provide direct instructional support and ensure delivery of specialized services in alignment with IEP goals and objectives.
-
Collaborate and counsel with colleagues, students, and families to support both academic and social development.
-
Maintain integrity of instructional time while fostering an environment that motivates students to actively participate and achieve success.
Requirements:

Master’s Degree required.

Active Colorado Teaching License with endorsement as a Special Education Specialist: Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

Prior experience working with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing strongly preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
