Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) – Multiple Openings
Location: Lancaster, PA Area

Contract: 2025–2026 School Year
Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered if Onsite)
Pay Range: $41.50–$56.77 per hour (Hourly, Based on Experience)
Soliant Education is seeking qualified and passionate Teachers of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. We have multiple full-time itinerant positions available near Lancaster, PA, serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade. Part-time candidates will also be considered if able to work onsite.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
-
Travel between school sites within the district to serve students
-
Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and services

Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based team meetings
Requirements:

Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing Education (Instructional I or II)

Ability to work onsite across multiple schools in the district

Comfortable working with students across the PK–12 grade span

Strong communication and collaboration skills
