The role is designed for a qualified educator who holds an active Georgia DOE Certification and has experience in Deaf/Hard of Hearing education. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver focused instruction and support for one student who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing
- Follow a strict daily schedule from 10:20 AM to 11:50 AM EST, Monday through Friday
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure student progress and inclusion
- Adapt materials and communication techniques to meet the student’s individual needs
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Department of Education (GA DOE) Certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing education
- Experience working with the Deaf/Hard of Hearing student population, preferably 0-9+ years
- Strong communication and instructional skills tailored to the unique needs of Deaf/Hard of Hearing learners
- Ability to commit to a fixed schedule for the duration of the contract
