The role is for the current school year (CSY).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instructional programs for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Travel between assigned schools to provide consistent and effective support.
- Employ various communication methods such as sign language, auditory training, and speech therapy techniques.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification or licensure as a Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
