Blazer Jobs is partnering with a local school district in Medford, OR to hire a full-time Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher for the current school year. This is an in-person only role, offering a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to work directly with K-12 students across a variety of learning levels.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

  • Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff

  • Conduct assessments and progress monitoring for students

  • Serve as a resource for classroom accommodations, assistive technology, and communication strategies

State Requirements:

  • Valid Oregon Teaching License with endorsement in Deaf/Hard of Hearing

  • Demonstrated experience in K-12 DHH instruction

  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations

Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.
