Daily Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
-
Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff
-
Conduct assessments and progress monitoring for students
-
Serve as a resource for classroom accommodations, assistive technology, and communication strategies
State Requirements:
-
Valid Oregon Teaching License with endorsement in Deaf/Hard of Hearing
-
Demonstrated experience in K-12 DHH instruction
-
Ability to develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations
Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.
