Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Teachers of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) for a full-time, on-site opportunity with a respected school district in the Mount Pleasant, SC area.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education or a related field
-
Active South Carolina teaching certification with appropriate DHH endorsement
-
Previous experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing (preferred)
-
Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress tracking
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities May Include:
-
Providing specialized instruction to K–12 students with hearing impairments
-
Collaborating with general and special education staff to support student success
-
Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to goal-setting
-
Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction as needed
-
Supporting the use of hearing aids, cochlear implants, or other assistive technologies
