Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Deliver direct instruction and support across K-12 grade levels, adapting teaching methods to meet students’ unique communication needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, speech-language pathologists, and families to foster an inclusive learning environment.
- Utilize assistive technologies and resources effectively to enhance student learning and communication.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Tennessee teaching license with endorsement in Deaf / Hard of Hearing education.
