Requirements (New Hampshire):

NH Department of Education certification as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Deaf Education or related field.

Prior school-based experience preferred.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and support for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum and materials.

Implement assistive listening devices and technology.

Monitor progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals.
