Teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Needed Onsite in Delaware
An opportunity is available for an experienced Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher to support students across multiple campuses in Delaware. This itinerant position serves a broad age range, from early childhood through high school, and focuses on providing specialized instruction and consultation to ensure students can fully access their educational programs.
Primary Duties:

Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing

Travel between assigned school sites to deliver services based on student IEPs

Consult with classroom teachers and school teams on accommodations, communication strategies, and accessibility

Support the use of assistive listening devices and classroom modifications as needed

Contribute to IEP meetings, goal development, and progress reporting

Ensure services are delivered in compliance with state and district guidelines

Required Qualifications:
