We are currently hiring DHH Teachers for schools in two vibrant and culturally enriching cities:

Responsibilities:
-
Provide specialized instruction and support for students with hearing impairments in the classroom.
-
Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student.
-
Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
-
Monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments, adapting teaching methods as needed.
-
Ensure accessibility and inclusion, allowing all students to fully participate in the curriculum.
-
Advocate for students’ communication and social-emotional needs, supporting their overall development.
-
Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
-
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field.

Valid state certification in Deaf Education or equivalent (or eligibility to obtain certification in the state of placement).

Experience working with Deaf or Hard of Hearing students, ideally in an educational setting.

Strong communication skills, including proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or other communication methods.

Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and administrators.

A genuine passion for fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment for all students.
