Position Overview:

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Employment Type: Local W-2 or Travel Contract

Pay Range: $40 – $45/hour
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and support to K–12 students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing

Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
-
Collaborate with teachers, interpreters, and families to support student learning
-
Maintain timely documentation of services, assessments, and student progress
-
Participate in team meetings and student support planning
Requirements:
-
Florida teaching certification for DHH or eligibility
-
Experience working with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing required

Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom support skills
-
K–12 experience highly valued
