Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Manage all aspects of the hearing impaired program within the assigned school districts
Qualifications:
- Active PDE Certification in Special Education with a Hearing Impaired endorsement (mandatory)
- Experience teaching students who are deaf or hard of hearing in K-12 settings
- Strong knowledge of instructional strategies specific to hearing impairment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related services providers
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
