Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) to support a kindergarten caseload. This onsite role focuses on providing direct instructional services and communication support for young learners who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and support to kindergarten students who are deaf or hard of hearing

Support language development, communication access, and early academic skills
-
Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff

Implement IEP goals and accommodations
-
Demonstrate ASL fluency during instructional activities and the interview process

Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
-
Communicate effectively with families and school teams
Qualifications:

Active Educator Certification required
-
Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) required

Experience working with early childhood or kindergarten students preferred

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
-
Ability to work onsite full-time
