Job Posting: School-Based Audiologist
Location: San Francisco, CA
School Year: 2025–2026
Grade Levels: K–12

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated School-Based Audiologist to support students for the 2025–2026 school year in the San Francisco area. This role provides audiological services to students across K–12, ensuring that hearing-related needs are identified, supported, and effectively managed in the educational environment.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping students access their curriculum through appropriate hearing support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and screenings
  • Manage and interpret audiological assessments to support educational decision-making
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, educators, and families regarding student hearing needs
  • Make recommendations for classroom accommodations and assistive technology
  • Program, troubleshoot, and maintain hearing aids, FM/DM systems, and other auditory devices
  • Provide counseling, guidance, and training to staff and families on hearing-related supports.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and service logs
  • Support students with hearing loss to promote access, communication, and academic success

Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology (AuD preferred)
  • Active California Audiologist License
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and across multiple school sites
